Check your delivery address and make sure someone is present at the agreed time.
We pack your door carefully. Our transport partner delivers it to your ground-floor front door. Arrange help to bring it safely inside.
Prepare for deliveryAt ground level. Delivery: €114.95 incl. VAT per order (€95 excl. VAT).
You receive email updates about your order through to delivery.
Carrying inside, unpacking and installation are not included.
Production time: approximately 8 weeks. Indicative production time after ordering and payment. Transport is arranged afterwards; we will notify you about delivery.
You receive order updates and a notification when your door is ready for dispatch. You receive information about the planned delivery in advance. The arrangements depend on the transport partner.
After production, we check your door and pack it carefully. We protect the glass and steel profiles, packing parts separately where needed.

Keep the access route clear. Delivery upstairs, to a basement, to the rear or inside the building is not included.
A steel door is heavy. Arrange help to carry it inside from the front door and prepare a dry, clear space. The driver does not unpack or install the door.
If delivery cannot take place because of an incorrect address, absence or insufficient access, a second delivery may incur additional costs.
